Shipping Delays
Uniquely Morbid® is not responsible for shipping delays. As soon as the package is brought to the post office, we do not have control over how the package is handed or delivered. During the holiday season, packages have a higher chance of being delayed. We do not guarantee delivery for any specific dates and will not offer a refund or replacement for mail that is still in transit. Estimated delivery dates are auto-populated by USPS and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Uniquely Morbid® is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. You are responsible for providing a safe and secure location for your mail delivery. Upon inquiry, Uniquely Morbid® will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. It is your responsibility to file a police report if you suspect mail theft. Mail theft is a federal crime.
If your package has not been delivered and the tracking has not been updated for 60 consecutive days, please contact us by email (support@Uniquelymorbid.com) to discuss the insurance claim process.
USPS must officially declare the package as lost, in writing, for an insurance claim to be filled. The insurance process must be followed according to the requirements set forth by the insurance company.
If the insurance claim is denied, no refund or replacement will be issued. If the claim is successfully and the package is later found to be delivered you will be held fully responsible for returning the insurance claim payment (or equivalent value of replacement package) in full.
Wrong Address or Un-deliverable Mail
it is your responsibility to ensure you have entered the correct address during checkout. Once the label is printed, we can not make changes or adjustments to your order. If the package is delivered to the wrong address, we highly encourage the customer to contact the appropriate shipping carrier to try and locate the package.
If the package is marked un-deliverable, if or when it arrives back to our location, a custom listing will be created for you with additional shipping and handling fees. You will be charged the amount listed during the original checkout period or the current price to ship - whichever amount is higher. Items will not be re-shipped "Free" regardless of your original purchase agreement. There will be no refunds offered for items returned without our prior permission. It is your responsibility to provide a safe and secure location for your mail delivery.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept or offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@uniquelymorbid.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
